We specialize in comprehensive consulting, primarily for startups and manufacturing companies, focusing on transferring pharmaceutical products from the earliest stages of development to finished products for clinical phase and commercial production.

Yanir H. Aldouby, General Manager, M.Sc. MBA
Yanir Aldouby has over 30-year experience in the pharmaceutical and drug-development industry. During the past three decades, Aldouby acted as operations manager of the veterinary division of Teva, COO of CTS and Ayana Pharma, QA manager at Dexel Pharma and acquired extensive experience in various fields of the pharmaceutical industry.
Aldouby’s expertise lies specifically in comprehensive aspects of operations, process development, analytics and quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry, including production of sterile pharmaceuticals, nano drugs, vaccines, dry products, process tech transfer and upscaling of pharmaceutical processes.
His professional experience, combined with knowledge of business management, has allowed Yanir Aldouby to manage activities and projects in large companies, integrating both the operations, regulation and scientific aspects. This integrative outlook was applied as well in startups in the field of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
